Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Serenity you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. If a service is cancelled 48-24 hours before an appointment, we will charge 50% of the service booked. Cancellation 24 hours or less before the appointment time will be charged the total of the service booked. No Shows will be charged 100% of total service and will be put on a banned list and will no longer be welcome as a client of Serenity Day Spa and Hair Salon until the cancellation fee is paid. This is to protect our staff (who will now go without pay for hours out of their day) and loyal clients who may be waiting to get in for an appointment and would have filled this spot if we had been given a proper notice. Thank you for your understanding. REFUND POLICY THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair or skin/ injections can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the employee who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost, but only within two days of the initial service.
